Australian cuisine is defined by the many cultures that make up the Australian population. There is a fantastic diversity and variety of flavours, ingredients and cooking styles introduced by migrants from Italy and Greece in the fifties along with Vietnam, Europe, China and the Middle East in the seventies. All of these influences combined with the freshest beef, seafood, dairy and wines have helped create an awesome melting pot and a culinary paradise.
