Unilever Food Solutions Red Knives Offer Terms & Conditions
“Promoter” means Unilever Australia Limited, 20-22 Cambridge Street, Epping NSW 2121, ABN 66 004 050 828. “Claimant” means either the business which has purchased the Promotional Product or an Individual who has been authorised to personally be the Claimant by the Business. In the case of a “Registered Club”, the Claimant is the Registered Club. “Registered Club” means a club that is determined as a registered club under the relevant State or Federal legislation in which the respective club operates.
“Promotional Product” means the Unilever Food Solutions Continental Professional Gluten Free Range (Chicken Flavoured Booster, Beef Flavoured Booster, Rich Brown Gravy & Instant Mashed Potato Mix) & Continental Professional Soup Range (Beef & Vegetable (AUS only), Chicken & Corn (AUS only), Chicken Noodle, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Pumpkin, Pea & Ham, French Onion (AUS only), Minestrone, Potato & Leek, Spring Vegetable (AUS only), Thick Vegetable & Tomato) & Knorr Side Dish Range (Instant Sweet Potato Mash Mix, Cous Cous with Mediterranean Vegetables and Potato Gratin (AUS only)).

Entry is only open to Independent Australian or New Zealand businesses (unaffiliated businesses trading from no more than one physical location), who purchase the “Promotional Product” during the “Promotional Period”. This promotion is not open to Chain accounts, government funded or other National Account customers. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In order for the Claimant to claim 1 x Scanpan Utility Knife RRP $9.95, 1 x Scanpan Santoku Knife RRP $12.95 and 1 x Scanpan Chefs Knife RRP $15.00 (“Gift 1”), the Claimant must purchase 6 units (at least 1 unit from each of the following ranges) during the “Promotional Period” to qualify (“Gift 1 Qualifying Purchase”):
- Continental Professional Gluten Free Range
- Continental Professional Soup Range
- Knorr Side Dish Range
“Gift 1” will only be given for the first “Gift 1 Qualifying Purchase” by the Claimant.
In order for the Claimant to claim 1 x Scanpan Chefs Knife RRP $15.00 (“Gift 2”), the Claimant must purchase 3 units (1 unit from each of the following ranges) during the “Promotional Period” to qualify (“Gift 2 Qualifying Purchase”):
- Continental Professional Gluten Free Range
- Continental Professional Soup Range
- Knorr Side Dish Range
“Gift 2” will only be given for the first “Gift 2 Qualifying Purchase” by the Claimant.

The “Gift” is not exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. Limit is 1 Gift per customer, applies regardless of the total number of “Qualifying Purchases”.
Offer commences 16/01/12 and closes 29/02/12 inclusively (“Promotional Period”), and no purchases made after this date will be included.
Gifts will be delivered direct by a Unilever Food Solutions representative throughout the “Promotional Period” or within a month of the conclusion of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the claim process. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Liability for any tax (including FBT and GST, if applicable) pursuant to this offer shall be the sole responsibility of the Claimant. It is recommended that Claimants should contact their own Accountant or Taxation Adviser in this regard.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury or death whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this promotion, (even if caused by negligence) as a result accepting and/or using a “Gift”, or any act of omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
To claim for the promotional product, the claimant must place an order with a Unilever Food Solutions or participating distributor representative.
By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Claimant, each Claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and the Promoter may forward this information to other organisations, and use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any future reference or payment or other compensation to the Claimant. All personal details of the Claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
