Preparation
1. Cook the potato into a large pot untill cooked but still firm, drain potatoes and allow to cool.
(Don’t over cook, they will continue to cook when you remove them from the water)
2. Shread the smoked chicken and combine with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Garnish with chopped italian parsley leaves and fresh cracked black pepper.
Serving suggestion -
Serve with grilled fish, chicken or steak.
