Preparation

1.Peel and de-vein the prawns and place to one side.
2.Wash and drain the lettuce.
3.Peel and remove the stone from the avocados and slice.
4.Mix the HELLMANNS Tartare sauce, chopped dill and juice from the lemons.
5.Place the above ingredients onto a plate and drizzle with the HELLMANNS Tartare, dill dressing and
extra virgin olive oil.
Garnish with lemon cheeks.
