Preparation
1. Season the chicken breast with the KNORR Aromat and oil, preheat the chargrill and cook the chicken breast untill cooked through, remove and allow to cool.
2. Once the chicken is cooled, slice.
3. Bring water to boil in a large pot and cook the corn cobs for 10 min, remove and drain, once cooled slice off the corn. kernels with a sharp knife, place to one side.
4. Peel and deseed the avocados and dice along with ½ of the tomato.
5. Wash and slice the shallots and rocket.
Serving -
Toss the ingredients together in a bowl with the HELLMANNS Ranch Dressing and place on a few slices of the remainder tomato on a large white plate, drizzle with a little extra of the HELLMANNS Ranch Dressing.
