Preparation
1.Dice the Haloumi cheese and place in a preheated pan with the olive oil and lightly cook untill golden brown, drain and place aside.
2.Pick the mint leaves, wash and drain.
3.Slice the cucumbers into ribbons.
4.Dice the tomatoes and drain the olives.
Serving:
Toss all the ingredients into a large bowl and drizzle with HELLMANN's Italian Balsamic dressing.
