Preparation
1. To make croutons – Preheat oven to 160°c. Slice up the baguette and cut them into 1cm cubes.
2. Crush the garlic cloves, combine garlic, oil and bread cubes in a bowl. Mix until cubes are coated evenly, spread the coated cubes onto a baking sheet and bake until the croutons are golden, this will take about 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the eggs, cook untill hard boiled, cool, peel and slice.
4. Slice bacon into chunky slices, fry until starts to become crispy, drain and cool.
5. Separate and wash the cos lettuce, drain.
To serve -
Cut the cos lettuce into 2-4cm pieces and add them to a large bowl, add half the HELLMANNS Caesar Salad Dressing and toss. Add remaining dressing, parmesan cheese, egg, bacon, croutons and toss again. Serve.
