Preparation
1. Clean and slice the white fish fillets and set aside.
2. Place the raising flour, polenta, eggs, milk and salt into a large bowl and mix well untill a smooth thick batter is formed.
3. Dust the diced white fish fillets with the plain flour, dust the excess off and dip into the batter untill well coated, remove and fry in a preheated oil fryer (180°C) and cook until golden in colour.
4. Place the cooked fish bites on a plate and add a side of the KNORR Mexicasa Salsa and garnish with the fresh rocket.
