Preparation
1.Place the Madeira into a large pot and reduce by half.
2.Add the hot water and whisk in the KNORR Demi Glace, bring to the boil while stirring continuously. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for an additional two minutes. Whisk in the butter.
3.Remove from heat and keep hot.
