Preparation

1. Bring water to the boil in a large pan and add white vinegar reduce heat and allow to simmer.
2. Place the eggs into the simmering water and cook untill desired liking.
3. Slice the muffins in half and grill the untill golden brown and keep hot.
4. Place the toasted muffins onto a large plate and place the eggs, sliced smoked salmon and GARDE DO'R Hollandaise sauce.

Serving suggestion -
Garnish with chopped chives or rocket salad.
