Preparation

1. Using a whisk, mix the Continental Professional Cream of Chicken Soup with water.
2. Add the chicken mince and creamed corn.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Garnish with parsley.




NB: Makes 20 x 170ml serves

Serving Suggestions: 20 x Gluten-free rice cakes to serve

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
