1. Bring the carrots and water to the boil and cook until carrots are soft. Blend with a stick blender until it resembles a carrot soup.
2. Whisk the CONTINENTAL Cream of Pumpkin Soup into the carrot mixture and add cream.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish with chives.
NB: Makes 20 x 170ml serves

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
