Preparation

1. Add the split peas to the water and soak in a pot for 2 hours.
2. Boil split peas and water and whisk in the CONTINENTAL Pea & Ham Soup Mix.
3. Add KNORR Patak’s Mild Curry Paste to the soup.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Garnish with shallots.
