1.Pour water into a pot and add potato and bacon. Bring to the boil and simmer until potato is soft
2.Whisk in the CONTINENTAL Chicken & Corn Soup Mix and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
3.Stir through cream.
4.Garnish with chives.

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
