Preparation

1. Using a whisk mix the CONTINENTAL Beef & Vegetable Soup with water.
2. Add the beef mince and tomatoes to the soup.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.




NB: Makes 20 x 170ml serves

Serving Suggestions: 20 x Gluten-free rice cakes to serve

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
