Preparation

1. Heat the margarine in a large saucepan. Add the mushrooms and chopped bacon, cook stirring until soft.
2. Mix the CONTINENTAL Professional Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix with water and cream. Stir continuously until boiling.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish with chives to serve.

Serving Suggestion: 20 x gluten-free bread or wholemeal bread slices.

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
