Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 150C/130C fan forced. Grease a large baking dish or pan with butter.
2. Place rice in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine. Pour into greased dish.
3. Cook for about 25 minutes or until rice is soft.
