Preparation

1. Place tart case on a serving plate.
2. Place milk in a mixing bowl and add CARTE D'OR Chocolate Mousse Mix.
3. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes on low speed, then for 5 minutes on high speed.
4. Refrigerate chocolate mousse until set.
5. Spoon or pipe mousse into tart shells, garnish with a quartered strawberry and drizzle with anglaise, to serve.
