Preparation
1. In a robo coupe or blender place the peeled and de-seeded avocado and lemon juice and blend untill smooth.
2. Heat up the oil in a large pot and place in the ground beef and onion, cook well untill brown.
3. Add the KNORR Mexicasa Mild Chunky Salsa and beans, cook for a further 10-15 minutes, remove from heat.
4. In a large bowl place the corn chips and cover with cheese, place under the grill untill the cheese is melted, remove from the grill.
5. Add the beef mixture, avocado and sour cream, on top of the chips, garnish with chopped chives.
