Preparation

1. Trim the lamb and slice into thin strips, peel and slice the onions.
2. Heat the oil in a hot wok untill smoking, add the lamb and onions together and stir-fry untill cooked.
3. Add the KNORR Sakims Mongolian Sauce and heat.
4. Cook the Jasmin rice in a rice cooker.
5. Serve the Mongolian lamb with the steamed rice and garnish with sliced shallots.
