Preparation
1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onions and mince, cook for 15 minutes untill browned, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince.
2.Add KNORR Mexicasa Mild Chunky Salsa and chilli powder. Cook, stirring, for 30 minutes or until meat becomes tender.
3.Add beans, increase heat to medium, cook for 15 minutes or until beans are heated through and sauce has thickened.
4.Serve with the condiments in separate dishes.
For the condiments
1.Cook the rice in a rice cooker and keep hot.
2.Place the sour cream, cooked rice, grated cheese and jalapeños in separate bowls and serve with the chilli con carne.
