Preparation

1. Season the sirloin steaks with the Knorr Aromat and oil, cook to the desired liking on a pre-heated char grill, remove, keep hot and allow to rest.
2. Wash and peel the sweet potato and steam in the combi oven untill soft, remove and mash with the butter, cream, salt and pepper.
3. Place the wine into a large pot, bring to the boil and reduce by 1/2 , add the water and KNORR Jus, Bring to the boil while continuously whisking, reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add the horseradish cream to the HELLMANNS Aioli and keep refrigerated.
5. To serve place the sweet potato mash onto a large plate, add the steak and a spoon full of the horseradish aioli, drizzle the shiraz Jus around the plate
