Preparation

1. Heat oil and sauté onion until softened. Add mince and cook until browned. Add KNORR Raguletto Professional Bolognese Sauce and simmer for 1 hour or until cooked.
2. To make the béchamel, bring the milk to the boil in a large pot.
3.Slowly add the KNORR Roux while stirring continuously until the sauce has thickened.
4. To assemble lasagne, spread a third of the Bolognese sauce evenly over the base of the dish. Cover with lasagne sheets, and spread lasagne sheets with béchamel sauce. Repeat twice so you have 3 layers. Top lasagne with the béchamel and parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes to an hour until golden.
5. Leave to cool slightly. Serve with green salad and dressing.
