Preparation
1. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for about 1 hour to prevent them burning on the grill.
2. Slice the chicken into strips and thread on to the skewers and coat the chicken in a little oil and cook through on a hot plate or char grill.
3. Place the jasmin rice into a rice cooker and cook.
4. Pour the KNORR Sakims Satay sauce into a pot and heat.
5. Serve cooked chicken skewers with the heated sauce.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
