Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 200C. Grease 8 x 12ml muffin tins with cooking spray.
2. Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares. Line each muffin tin with a pastry square, allowing pointy ends to extend up above the tin.
3. Spinkle chicken with KNORR Chicken Booster and drizzle with half the oil. Cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Dreain any excess fat from pan.
4. Heat remaining oil in same pan. Cook onion, leek, carrots and celery until lightly golden. Return chicken to pan with water and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
5. Reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stir in the KNORR Roux to thicken. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Divide mixture evenly between pastry cases and bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastry is golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.
7. Serve chicken savouries hot with garden salad and dressed with HELLMANN'S Italian Balsamic Dressing.
