Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease 20 small pie dishes with cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle chicken with CONTINENTAL Professional Chicken Flavoured Booster and drizzle with half the oil. Cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside. Drain any excess fat from pan.
3. Heat remaining oil in same pan and cook the onion, leek, carrots and celery until lightly golden. Return chicken to the pan with KNORR Raguletto Professional Napoli Sauce and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
4. Reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
5. Combine the 300ml cold water and KNORR Roux together and add to the cooked chicken casserole to thicken. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, place the 1.162L hot water in a large pot and bring to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the CONTINENTAL Professional Instant Mashed Potato Mix until mixed.
7. Divide chicken mixture evenly between pie dishes and top with CONTINENTAL Professional Instant Mashed Potato Mix. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until potato has slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
8. Serve chicken pastries hot with CONTINENTAL Professional Instant Mashed Potato Mix and steamed green beans.
