Preparation

1. Clean the oysters to remove any shell (do not wash the oysters as you will wash away the taste)
2. Place the cleaned oysters onto a large tray, pour the KNORR Garde D’Or Hollandaise sauce into each oyster and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
3. Place the oysters under a hot salamander until the top is golden brown.
4. Serve on a plate with a wedge of lemon.
