Preparation

1. Place the KNORR Couscous into a large bowl and pour over the boiling water, cover with foil and let it sit for 15 minutes or until the water has absorbed, stir with a fork.
2. Soak the skewers in cold water for an hour, remove and thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers, drizzle with a little olive oil and lightly char grill until cooked.
3. To make the dressing, squeeze the lemon juice into the KNORR Sakims Professional Lemon Sauce and add the olive oil, cumin, paprika and chopped corriander, mix well.
4. Remove the seeds from the green olives and slice.
5. To serve place the KNORR Couscous onto a large plate and place the chicken skewers, dressing and olives on top. Garnish with corriander.
