Preparation

1. In a large bowl place the chicken mince, chopped garlic, ginger, shallots, soy sauce and egg, mix well and set aside.
2. Create an egg wash with the second egg for the pastry.
3. Lay one slice of the wonton pastry on the bench and add one spoon full of the chicken mince mix in the centre on the pastry, brush a little of the egg wash and place another sheet of the pastry on top to create a pillow, press down the edges so they are sealed.
4. Wash and pick the corriander, slice the shallots and julienne the chilli, mix together.
5. Cook the chicken parcels in a preheated fryer (180°C) until golden brown, remove and drain.
6. To serve place the parcels on a large plate and serve with a side of KNORR Sakims Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping.
