Preparation

1. Pre heat the oil in a pot and add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until soft. Add the rice and sauté for a further 2 minutes until rice becomes transparent. Slowly add the water in stages while continuously stirring until the rice is cooked and all the water is absorbed, correct the seasoning with the KNORR Vegetable Booster, place onto a large tray and allow to cool while stirring well.
2. Once the cooked rice has cooled add the cheese and chopped chives, roll into small balls and allow to set in the cool room.
3. Pre heat the oil into a deep fry pan and lightly cook the rice balls until golden, remove and drain
4. Place the cooked rice balls into a bowl and serve with a side of the heated KNORR Sundried Tomato and Chilli Sauce and garnish with wild rocket.
