Preparation

1. Clean the fresh salmon, add oil, salt and pepper and bake in a pre-heated oven (170°C) untill cooked, remove and allow to cool.
2. Once the salmon is cooled, shred the meat into flakes and store for use.
3. Wash the rocket and cucumber, slice the cucumber into ribbons.
4. Peel and slice the Spanish onions.
5. Combine the HELLMANNS REAL Mayonnaise, KNORR Sakims Sweet Chilli Sauce and lime juice together and mix well.
6. To construct your Baguette, slice the baguette in ½ and place in order the following – rocket, cucumber, salmon and onions and lastly the lime chilli mayo.
