Preparation
1. Preheat a pan with the oil and cook the chicken breast until golden, remove and keep hot.
2. Slice the tomatoes in half and place onto a large baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes, remove from the oven and keep hot (they will dry a little over time if kept in a hot place which is desirable.)
3. Toast the thick sliced bread, keep hot and set aside.
4. To construct the sandwich place in the following order – sliced toast, HELLMANNS Real Mayonnaise, lettuce, roasted tomato, chicken, KNORR Tomato Chilli Jam Sauce and sliced toast.
