Preparation

1. Remove any excess fat of the chicken thigh and lightly flatten using a meat mallet.
2. Combine the prepared chicken with the Pataks paste, soy and oil and mix well, marinate to infuse the flavour.
3. Wash and drain the lettuce, corriander, slice the tomatoes also slice the cucumber into ribbons.
4. Slice the burger buns and toast, keep warm.
5. Combine the HELLMANNS Real Mayonnaise, cumin powder and chopped mint leaves together.
6. Char grill the marinated chicken and cook untill cooked through.

SERVING:
To assemble the burger, place in the following order – bottom bun, mint mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomato, grilled chicken, cucumber, corriander and top bun.

Serving suggestion - Serve with fresh crispy cooked bistro chips.
