Preparation

1. Pan Fry the fine diced onion until cooked without colour then set aside.
2. Combine beef mince, beef sausage mix, KNORR Napoli Sauce Mix, cooked onion, dijon mustard and mix together well.
3. Shape into 10 (150g) burger patties.
4. Grill, pan fry or BBQ beef patties to desired liking.
5. Place cheese slices on patties until cheese melts.
6. Slice and toast the Turkish bread, keep warm.

To asemble burgers -
In following order, place the toasted bottom Turkish burger bun, HELLMANN'S REAL Aioli, washed and drained oak lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, burger patties, KNORR World Cuisine Tomato Chilli Jam, and toasted Turkish burger bun top.

As an alternative try replacing beef mince with lamb mince.
