Preparation
1. Peel and fine dice the onions, sauté off in a pan untill cooked with no colour, set aside and allow to cool.
2. Combine in a large bowl the chicken mince, chopped rosemary, lemon rind and cooled onion, mix well and form into 150g patties.
3. In a hot fry pan, cook the chicken patties untill cooked through.
4. Wash and drain the lettuce, Slice the tomatoes.
5. Cut and grill the burger bun untill golden brown.
6. Assemble the burger in the following order:
Bottom bun, HELLMANNS REAL Mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, cheese, cooked Pattie, KNORR tomato chilli jam and top bun.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with fresh cooked chips and salad.
