Preparation
1.Clean and remove the skin off the fish, cook on a preheated char grill until golden on both sides. Remove and keep hot.
2.Wash and drain the lettuce, slice the tomato.
3.Combine the lime juice with the KNORR Sweet Chilli Sauce and HELLMANNS Real Mayonnaise.
4.Build the burger in the following order – toasted bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, BBQ fish, sweet chilli lime mayonnaise and top toasted bun.
5.Serve with fresh cooked chips.
