Brendan has over 13 years experience as a Chef, 6 of those are in fine dining culminating in 2 gold plates. After that he gained further experience working in cafes and various other establishments. He also worked as a sales rep for Foodlink food service for almost 5 years. Brendan is a Key Account Manager in WA.

Brendan’s hobbies include cricket, AFL and being with his family and friends. He enjoys the food industry because it is forever changing, offering fantastic rewards and is full of interesting people.
