Phil Boss

Phil has over 20 years of culinary experience, starting his Chef's career in New Zealand at the age of 17. Phil completed his apprenticeship which included the London Institute of City & Guild qualifications. Phil has worked at a variety of establishments, including fine dining, military, aged care and even at the Sydney Olympics but has mainly focused on running kitchens in large volume clubs.

The highlight of his career was producing all the bakery items for the Queens Garden party at the Government House in New Zealand. Phil is currently the Distributor Account Manager in QLD.

In his down time Phil likes building, restoring furniture, construction, landscaping and also playing with any power tool that can rip, shred, cut, drill or screw.
