These simple glaze ideas will get you in the spirit.

This simple mustard glaze adds a zing to the festivities.

Ingredients

  • 300g dijon mustard
  • 200g wholegrain mustard
  • 6kg Ham

Method

  1. Combine both mustards in a bowl.
  2. Spread evenly over ham and bake in oven at 160°C for 45 minutes, basting when required. 
Tip

For something a bit unexpected, try this sweet & sticky Asian inspired glaze.
