“We’re For U” Promotion Program for customers buying from distributors who operate under the
NAFDA buying group and marketing program
By participating in the Program, you accept these terms and conditions.
“Distributor” means [distributors operating under the NAFDA buying group];
“Program” means the UFS “We’re For U” sales incentive promotion program conducted for sales representative and other eligible members/ participants of the Distributor;
“Customer” means a customer of the distributor that has purchased the Qualifying Products from the same distributor; and the products are not for further re-sale (or, are end users of the products);
“Qualifying Products” means the products listed in Appendix A. The Qualifying Products may change each buying period. UFS will notify the Distributor of any changes to the Qualifying Products prior to the commencement of each buying period. Distributors are required to ensure their customers and participants are aware of the Qualifying Products in scope during each buying period;
“Qualifying Transaction” means cumulative sales transactions during a buying period in which the Distributor sells 1 case (6 units) of Knorr Hollandaise Sauce and any 6 units of the following products: Hellmann’s Real 2.4kg; Hellmann’s Aioli 2.35kg; Knorr Pronto Napoli 4.15kg; Knorr Concentrated Liquid Stock Chicken 1L; Knorr Potato Flakes 4kg. to a Customer in the Territory;
“Buying Period” is defined as below:
Customer purchases made between 1st February 2019 and the 31st March 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases are defined as invoiced sales and Unilever reserves the right to see proof of purchase to verify sales.
“Territory” means Australia;
“UFS” means Unilever Australia trading as Unilever Food Solutions.
The Program between 1st February 2019 and the 31st March 2019.
a) Sales representatives, supervisors, managers and/or owners are eligible to participate in the Program, provided:
- the participant is a current and active employee of the Distributor;
- the participant has the Distributor’s consent to participate in the Program;
- only one participant from the Distributor claims the reward for a Qualifying Transaction under the Program.
b) Sales representatives, supervisors, managers and/or owners are not eligible to participate in the Program if:
- the Distributor does not permit them participating in the Program;
- the Distributor does not permit them claiming the reward of the Program from a Qualifying Transaction; or
- if they do not accept these Terms and Conditions or, if at any moment, they do not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. How it works
a) Eligible customers that make Qualifying Transactions are personally rewarded as follows:
- $60 cash voucher for the first Qualifying Transaction; and
- $60 cash voucher for the incremental Qualifying Transaction.
- Each customer is eligible for up to a maximum of two (2) claims of their Qualifying Transaction in each Quarter Cycle.
b) Eligible customers must submit their “promotional claim” (as informed by UFS) in respect of each Qualifying Transaction he/she wishes to submit for assessment by UFS. This includes the customer’s contact details (name, phone number & email address), distributor’s sales representative contact details and a copy of the purchase invoice that verifies the Qualifying Transaction had been made in one (1) transaction.
c) The eligible customers must complete their submission including all the required details to the UFS promo management team (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) two (2) weeks after the end of the Buying Period at the latest.
a) Doubtful or omission cases will be judged by a committee composed by the Distributors and Unilever Food Solutions, their decision will be final.
b) This campaign has an exclusively commercial character; it is not result of chance, luck, risk or payment by the competitors.
c) During the campaign there may be inclusions, exclusions and/or alteration of how it works objectives and calculation of measures. If such changes happen, the communication will be done via UFS or your UFS distributor manager. An addendum will be included to this Rule.
d) The Distributor and Unilever Food Solutions do not guarantee that the access to the website will be free of interruptions, interventions or suspension arising from unforeseen circumstances not completely subjected to their control, exonerating them of any responsibility arising from such facts or acts.
e) Unilever reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Program or material submitted for validation.
f) UFS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program by providing the Distributor with thirty (30) days’ notice.
Appendix A – List of Qualifying Products for the Distributor
The Qualifying Products for the Distributor are:
a) Quarter Cycle 1:
Buy 1 case (6 units) of Knorr Garde D’or Hollandaise Sauce 1L, UFS Code 20205661 and any six (6) units of the promo products: Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 2.4kg, UFS Code 61037780; Hellmann’s Real Aioli 2.35kg, UFS Code 61041120; Knorr Pronto Napoli 4.15kg, UFS Code 21124073; Knorr Concentrated Liquid Stock 1kg, UFS Code 67065234; Knorr Potato Flakes 4kg, UFS Code 67553127 in one (1) single transaction.
