Vanilla syrup

  • Vanilla Syrup (Makes Enough For 30 Servings)
  • Sugar 200.0 g
  • Water 100.0 ml
  • Vanilla extract 10.0 ml

Tea

Preparation

  1. Vanilla syrup

    • Place the sugar, water and vanilla into a pot and bring to the boil. Remove, cool and set aside.
  2. Tea

    • Place the Sir Thomas Lipton Earl Grey Tea Bag into a cup of boiling water and steep for 2 minutes. Remove tea bag then add 2 teaspoons of the prepared vanilla syrup.
    • Froth the milk then add to the tea mixture.
