Area Sales Manager & State Chef   

With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, it’s fair to say food is my life. Some of my fondest childhood memories are those of spending time with my father cooking together at our Greek family restaurant. This is where my passion for food began. From there I began a Chefs apprenticeship working at various leading restaurants in Melbourne. One of my favourite restaurants I was honoured to work in was Mo Mo’s, under world renowned Chef Greg Malouf, which included some career highlights of travelling and assisting Greg with various projects including Master classes at food and wine festivals.

After a successful career in the kitchen it was time to find a new direction but I still wanted to be part of the industry that I love. That lead me to the position at Unilever Food Solutions, which allowed me to connect with Chefs at a personal level and understand their needs.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends and this often includes cooking, because food is what brings people together.
