  • Coriander, chopped 20.0 g
  • Jalapeños, chopped 10.0 g
  • Pineapple, grilled, sliced 350.0 g

To Finish

  • Taco, soft 10.0 x
  • Lime, wedges, grilled 10.0 x
  • White fish, grilled 1.0 kg

The popularity of tacos continues to grow. This one's combining the flavour of the pacific with traditional south western American with the use of chipotle.

Preparation

  1. For the Chipotle Aioli

    • Mix the HELLMANN'S Real Aioli and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce GF together.
  2. For the Slaw

    • Mix the cabbage, carrot and onion together in a large bowl.
  3. For the Pineapple Relish

    • Combine the pineapple, coriander and jalapenos in a small bowl.
  4. To Finish

    • Construct in the following order: taco, chipotle aioli, slaw, fish, pineapple relish. Serve with a slice of lime.
  5. Tip

    • If you want to mix different textures, deep fried fish works just as well.
