  • Oyster sauce 150.0 g
  • Honey 200.0 g
  • Garlic puree 15.0 g
  • Oil, Sesame 5.0 g
  • Salt 10.0 g
  • White Pepper

Salad

  • Cucumbers 158.0 g
  • White radish 188.0 g
  • Red chilli 2.0 x
  • Oil 50.0 ml
  • Lime juice 20.0 ml
  • Finely chopped coriander stems 6.0 g

Preparation

  1. Chicken wings

    • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and pour into a vacuum bag and add the chicken, Seal the bag. Let the chicken marinate overnight. Skewer the chicken wings.
  2. Salad

    • Cut the cucumber and white radish in thin slices. Season with some oil, lime juice, red chili pepper and finely chopped coriander stems.
  3. Sauce

    • Mix the HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise with the chili sauce, lime juice and finely chopped coriander stems.
  4. To serve

    • Light the charcoal BBQ and roast the chicken wings. Serve with the cucumber salad and the spicy chili mayonnaise.
