Preparation
1. Beat eggs with milk and season lightly. Heat half the margarine in a large frying pan. Add eggs and stir frequently until eggs begin to set. Remove from heat and stir through salmon.
2. Toast bread, spread with remaining margarine. Serve immediately with eggs and salmon and a side of KNORR World Cuisine Tomato Chilli Jam.
