Preparation
1.Heat the butter in a large sauce pan and add the mushrooms, and chopped bacon cook until soft.
2.Mix the CONTINENTAL Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix with water and cream using a whisk. Apply heat and stir until boiling.
3.Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Garnish with chives.
