Preparation

1. Mix the Continental Professional Tomato Soup Mix with water using a whisk.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the soup and bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Serve soup with bread slices.





Serving Suggestion: 20 x gluten-free bread or wholemeal bread slices

Store left over soup in refrigerator and use within three days.
Can be held covered in a bain-marie for up to 4 hours.
