Preparation

To Make Pannacotta:
1. Place milk into a sauce pan and bring to the boil, remove from heat.
2. Add CARTE D'OR Panacotta Dessert mix and cream, stirring well untill combined.

Method:
1. Make up the CARTE D'OR pannacotta as per the above instructions and pour into a large tray, cover and allow to set.
2. Once the CARTE D'OR Panacotta Dessert mix is set, turn out from the tray and dice, 1 cm dice.
3. Wash and slice the strawberries.
4. In a glass, place some of the sponge or cats tongues in the base, add a layer of the sliced strawberries and a layer of the diced pannacotta, pour in a little of the CARTE D'OR Creme Anglaise and repeat the above layers untill the glass is full.
5. For garnish place fresh raspberries on the top and serve with fresh whipped cream or ice cream.
