Preparation

1. Cut the choux pastry in half. Dip one half in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
2. Meanwhile, place milk into a mixing bowl and add CARTE D’OR Chocolate Mousse Mix.
3. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes on low speed, then for 5 minutes on high speed.
4. Refrigerate until set.
5. Pipe onto remaining half of choux pastry, top with strawberries and chocolate dipped top.
6. Drizzle with CARTE D'OR Creme Anglaise, to serve.
