Preparation
1. Combine the flour, beer and KNORR vegetable booster to make a smooth batter.
2. Coat fish fillets in batter and deep fry in sunflower oil until golden.
3. While the fish is cooking, fine chop the parsley and add to HELLMANNS REAL Aioli
4. Remove the fish from the oil and serve with lemon wedges
Serving suggestion - Serve with fresh fried thick cut chips and green leaf salad.
As an alternative to parsley aioli, serve with HELLMANNS Tartare Sauce.
This dish is also ideal served with potato wedges.
